What is DwellWell?
DwellWell started with one simple question: how do you buy a house? Most
people only know part of the answer. They may talk about saving a down
payment, qualifying for a mortgage, or finding a real estate agent they
trust, but most people don’t actually understand the complete home
buying process. And why would they? There’s no high school class that
teaches this (at least not where we went to school). The only way to
learn how to buy a house has always been to…uh…buy a house.
That’s stupid. So, we built a better way.
Our online platform walks homebuyers through every step of the homebuying process at their own pace so they are informed, empowered, and confident they are making the right decisions. And when buyers need local expertise or expert negotiation skills, we match them with vetted Super Agents to help bring them home.
